It is made up of calcium carbonate in minute crystalline form, which has been deposited in concentric layers. The most valuable and extremely rare pearls occur spontaneously in the wild and are referred to as natural pearls. Most available Pearls are cultured or farmed from pearl oysters and freshwater. Pearl comes in perfect round or oval shapes and in free form also.
